Fall Internship Expo

In early September, the Field Experience Program and Career Services Office join to offer students and employers a convenient way to meet and find mutually beneficial internship opportunities for the upcoming academic year.

FAS Career Forum

During the fall, over 140 companies and organizations come to campus to inform Harvard students about job prospects and industry culture in fields that include technology, government, media, healthcare, education, retail, engineering, consulting, and financial services.

Career Days

Hosted by alumni in their places of employment during winter and spring breaks, Career Days offers students an opportunity to converse with industry leaders, form an active search network, and gain insight and focus in academic planning. All types of education organizations participate in this event: nonprofit, for profits, media, policy, research, and international. Virtual Career Days

Virtual Career Days offers students the opportunity to gain career management guidance over the internet, conversing with industry leaders in the education, media, policy, research, nonprofit and for profit fields.

At the K-12 School Expo, held in the spring, we invite public, charter, and private schools to our campus for the day to engage with students and alumni directly in a more relaxed format than information sessions and scheduled interviews. Social Impact Expo

At the Social Impact Expo, also held in the spring, we invite nonprofit, for profit, media, international, consulting, and policy firms to our campus for the day to engage with students and alumni directly in a more relaxed format than information sessions and scheduled interviews. MERC Education Career Fair

Our office urges students and alumni to take advantage of the Massachusetts Educational Recruitment Consortium (MERC), an off-campuse event convening a nationwide selection of public and private school system representatives with licensed and license-eligible jobseekers from a range of educational fields. This event takes place the week of public school spring vacation.

Employer Information Sessions

Throughout the year, our office sponsors Employer Information Sessions (EIS) where we invite representatives from a range of fields, on an individual basis, to come to campus and present career path options offered by their organizations to students and alumni in group format. Primers
