Faculty ResearchEveryday Antiracism Working GroupThe Everyday Antiracism (EAR) Working Group is a group of doctoral students, and HGSE Associate Professor Mica Pollock, who meet together regularly to discuss scholarship on race and teaching. The working group is spearheading the Project on the Preparation of Educators for Diversity (PPED), a systematic study of professional development efforts to assist educators to engage and address issues of race in their work. All doctoral students interested in issues of race and teaching are welcome to attend the EAR Working Group at any time, and to get involved in this new PPED research as it unfolds. Contact Mica Pollock for more information. The work of the group is based, in part, on Pollock's book Everyday Antiracism.
