Gutman Special Borrower Renewal Form

Materials may be renewed five times unless recalled by another user. Special Borrowers may renew books using the Special Borrower Renewal Request Form below.

Patrons with Harvard IDs and Harvard University PINs (get one at www.pin.harvard.edu) should renew library materials directly through the HOLLIS Catalog by clicking on "Your Account" and logging in. Click on "Materials Checked Out" and follow instructions.

Gutman patrons with Special Borrower cards should use this form to renew Gutman materials.

To renew Gutman books, you must supply all the requested information and choose the Submit button below. After submitting the form, click on the browser's Back button to return to this page.

Within the next three business days, you will receive an e-mail message confirming your renewal request. If you do not receive any reply, you may be incurring overdue fines.
