Why I Came to HGSE
The campus of the Harvard Graduate School of Education was alive yesterday
as the incoming class arrived in Cambridge, ready to begin the 2006-2007
academic year. As students mingled and began getting to know their classmates,
each student's unique reason for choosing HGSE emerged.

"Ultimately, I chose HGSE because, when I visited in
April, I felt such a strong community and liked that people were
coming from all over. I knew I would learn a lot from cohorts,
as well as the courses, because they are all coming from such
different backgrounds. The connections I will make during this
year will carry over."
